Investment Casting for Agricultural Parts
Investment casting is a process used for producing agricultural wear components in aluminum, iron, steel, and other materials. In this process, the molten metals will be poured into the molds. After that, they will be cooled to room temperature and solidified. Before beginning the investment casting process, a mold or tooling is made to achieve the shape required.
The parts can be investment cast using the lost form casting process or lost wax casting process.

Tungsten Carbide Brazing
Heat treatment can increase the wear resistance of agricultural parts. But it is insufficient when the part is used in a demanding working environment. So, to enhance their wear resistance and service life, tungsten carbide brazing will be done. This process works by brazing the tungsten carbides to the cast body of the part. The tungsten tiles can be customized based on your dimensions.
